Happy Birthday Stuff to Scrap & Birthday Freebie! {Day 11}

Hello everyone, Kat here and I want to say, "Happy 2nd Birthday Stuff to Scrap!!!" I am so glad that you are here to help us celebrate! It seems like it was yesterday that I was taking part in the STS Grand Opening. Over the last 2 years I have met so many new people and made wonderful digiscrap friends through Stuff to Scrap and I can't describe how much enjoyment I get out of being a part of this wonderful place. Thank you to all who have made the past 2 years so fun and I look forward to the good times and hope to make many more new digiscrap friends in the years to come at Stuff to Scrap.

As part of the party, the designers here at STS are pulling some fun questions out of the punch bowl to answer and share with everyone. I’ve picked one and created one to share today.

What was your favorite present you received as a child? It would have to be my first bicycle that I received on my 4th birthday. I was such a tomboy and I have the scarred up knees to prove it. I was determined to ride that bicycle by myself and nobody was going to stop me.

Now that I have shown my age, which can be partially guessed from the poor & antique looking picture quality, I thought I would share another interesting fact about me, my family and birthdays. My birthday is February 25th, my mother’s is August 25th, my husband’s is September 25th, and my brother’s is December 25th. Not only that, I got married May 25th, so my husband has NO EXCUSE for ever forgetting my birthday or our anniversary. ;-P

Do you share your birthday with anyone or have any kind of strange date connection with birthdays in your family? If so, I’d love to hear them in your comments below.

It’s time now for the gift exchange. I have created a little add-on to my latest kit, A Camping We Will Go. Hope that you like it and if you want the whole kit, it is available for 40% off in the STS store today (just $1.97)! Click on the add-on preview to go to the store freebie and the kit preview to take a closer look at it.

Thanks again and hope to see you around the forum for more great birthday fun and freebies!

Thanks! Cute add-on. My birthday is Sept. 23, my hubby's is Aug. 23, we were married on June 23, and I was induced on Sept. 3 with my son but he hung out until Sept. 4 at 1 am in the morning. Funny to find someone else with a similar situation.

My brother got married on my 9th birthday - I didn't like it that year, but I do now! And my son was due on another brother's birthday - but Mark claimed he wasn't sharing. So when my baby was born...he was right, he wasn't born on Mark's birthday.....he was born on his daughter's!!!
