Thinking of You

Hello Everyone!  I’m here to show you a beautiful kit by SAHM Scrapper called Thinking of You.  It has beautiful hues of green and purple and it’s great for scrapping layouts of those special people in your life.  Just look at what I did with it:

First Crush – such an awesome kit!!

I totally love this kit from Scraps of Ellay called (of course) First Crush! The colors are so fun and you’ve just gotta see all the great papers – they will blow you away. Remember all the funny things we used to write in our pee chees in junior high (or maybe high school)? TLF, TLA, I {heart} (insert random name here) – you get the idea – they are all in this kit. And there are sparkles – my favorite – and metal – a new favorite. Anyway, you can pick it up in the store and check out the matching cardstock and glitter while you are there.

Here are some layouts I did with it. This is from the day my son started crawling, exactly 7 months after he was born! Isn't that metal arrow cool?

Oh, don’t forget, there are many, many great challenges going on this month so be sure to go check them out in the forum. I think my favorite one this month is the Random Challenge where we are all going to admit our Geeky sides – that is, do a page about something you are crazy passionate about. It may be a TV show, a TV or movie genre, a video game, a book series, the possibilities are endless. I know what I should do my layout on, I am just trying to decide if I am brave enough to confess! What's New In The Store

Happy Monday! I'm here with lots of new stuff in the store for your shopping pleasure! All previews are clickable to the store.

First off, 4 great items for those of you doing project 365, P52, Monthly roundup or just scrapping in general.
CW Picket has this paper pack and a grab bag full of items for these projects.

Nibbles Skribbles and Scraps N Pieces have this lovely collab called My Life with coordinating cardstock packs for each of them also.

Scraps of Ellay has this girl kit to go along with her Thompson's Room kit she released recently. This one is called Rachel's Room. You can buy the bundle or buy the stuff you want separately.

Scraps N Pieces kit that was a freebie when originally released is now in the store for sale if you missed it. SAHM Scrapper was the collab partner for this kit and you can get both CTR kits in the store now. This kit also has coordinating cardstocks and a freebie add on in the store.

Scrapteam 2008 has this fun cooking type kit called Snack Time in the store this week.

Sweet as Candy

Hey everyone, Tricia here to tell you about this great Mega Kit called Sweet as Candy that I just got. It's the STS Designers Collaboration Kit for February and I love it. The colors are perfect for just about any layout. I think it's my new favorite! There are over 50 papers, and over 100 elements, not to mention 2 full alpha and 2 templates. Snips N Snails

Hi all, Shauna here, and I'm going to show you a new kit by Little Red Scraps. The kit is called Snips N Snails and it is a great boys kit. The colors remind me of a muddy little boy, browns with pops of blue, burgundy and cream. As you can see from the linked preview below it is just a fun kit. And I'm a paper person, and the ones in this kit are great.

I did two layouts with it, using my wonderful nephew as my model. The first one I really like the word art that came in the kit. I just had to use it. I also really like all the paint splatters, they just seem to fit boy pages.

My next layout is my nephew in his fatigues performing color guard duties in the Jr. ROTC. I love the colors in this kit with this photo. I think the papers really make the photo pop.

I had fun using this kit, and really only touched a small part of all the elements. If you have boy photos to scrap I recommend you head over to the store and pick-up Snips N Snails.

Feb. Grab Bag from C.W. Picket & Company!!

C.W. Picket and Company has a fantastic grab bag for sale this month at Stuff to Scrap. It has 7 full size products. It works so well with kits you already have or it will even stand alone and you can created layouts with just the items in the bag.!! Some of the products are CU and some are PU. It is only $5.00 until the 21st and then the bag will be revealed and will be put in the store seperately! {Preview linked to the store!} I did this two page layout of my kids and their grandma playing with Socker Boppers. These layouts were made solely using this grab bag. I also used a template by Liz Designs.
