Homestead Harvest

Hi all, it's Shauna here and I'm going to show ya'll Homestead Harvest by SAHM Scrapper. This is a great kit full of soft fall colors that are so easy to use. I've done 3 layouts with it already and foresee using it long into the future. As you can see from the preview below, it has lots of elements, some fun word art and masks too.

On my first layout I used one of the great masks included in the kit. And I turned one of the journaling pieces upside down because I just loved the swirly things on it.

My second layout I used the peach, cream and brown paper and elements to create a layout I really like. I think one of my favorite pieces was the plastic mesh...I can't tell you why, but I love how it looks as a matte for photos.

My last layout I did today for the challenge a day over in the forum (if you've not checked it out, do, it is lots of fun). Today's challenge was to do a white space layout, so I was looking through this kit and I saw the paper with all the words on it, and wondered if I could make a strip out of it and it still look good. Turns out my hardest decision was to select which part of the paper I was going to use, because it has all kinds of great words on it.

Homestead Harvest is a really great kit and you should get it to add to your stash.
