Birthday Bash Freebie Day 22

Hi everyone! I'm Misty of Designs by Snowlady. I am a wife, mother, and special education teacher. Hubby and I just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. We have 14 year old twin boys, Jacob and Caleb. They are finishing up 8th grade and will start high school in the fall. I am finishing up my 15th year of teaching and currently teach 7th and 8th grade resource students. I was a HUGE paper scrapper until this past year when I decided to try digi scrapping. A little less than a year ago I decided to try designing and joined the ladies at STS. I love the designing aspect as well as getting my layouts finished and in books.

I love birthdays and holidays!! Every year we go to my mom's for dinner sometime during our birthday month. The birthday person gets to pick the meal and type of dessert. I always pick fried chicken and mashed potatoes with a chocolate cake layered with cherries and cool whip. YUM!!! Do you have a tradition for birthdays? I'd love to hear about them!!
