Here is a picture of my sweet family: :o)

(This was our first real puzzle, we were so proud of ourselves...lol!)

What do you like doing with your family? We just love spending time with each other doing anything as long as we’re together. We have grown to love the outdoors. We go exploring often in the gorgeous Northwest Washington, we love to go get “lost” driving and finding new adventures. We are also very involved in our church and we love doing that as a family as well.

It's an alternate universe and you're computer won't turn on for an entire week, what do you do with yourself? Well last week there was a huge accident that shut the power off in 4 counties, and I thought of this question then and just had to laugh! It was off for the entire evening and I actually got so much accomplished around the house, can’t imagine if that lasted a week….our house would be spotless, lol!

Alright, the computer's all better - let's talk digi-scrapping for a few minutes.

When did you start designing and how did you learn? I’ve been a traditional scrapper ever since I could remember, my mom and I would go to CM classes and so I’ve always loved the creativity that comes with scrapping but then I had kids, haha!! Not being able to drag out the massive collection of junk that you need to scrap one page, I went a couple of years without doing anything. Then in January 2009 I wanted to update our family blog (which hasn’t been updated since I started scrapping, lol!). I found The Cutest Blog on the Block and downloaded the paint program they suggested. I then found Digi-Designs by Nicole and realized how big, fun and realistic-looking the digital world was. I love learning new things and thought I would try my hand at designing a kit and now I’m hooked!

What program/programs do you use to design? I’ve always loved playing around with paint. I would draw some fun stuff when I was younger, like when you draw a ton of circles and then fill in the colors….hey that would be a neat paper, lol! Then a friend introduced me to PSE. I love the simplicity of Elements, there is so much you can do with it.

Where do you get your inspiration? Everywhere!! Clothing, magazines, picture….pretty much anywhere I look there is a great color palette to be created! :o)

How did you pick your digi-scrap name? I actually started a children’s business when I got pregnant with my first and I would create hand-made diaper bags and a bunch of other baby things. :D I wanted a unique name for it and since I was making items for babies, it made me think of our daughter Jenasis which means “the beginning.” And so its stuck for everything creative that I’ve done.

What’s your favorite kit that you've designed? The newest release is always my favorite!! I don’t know if that will change one day but whenever I create something new it just happens to out-do the rest, lol! So my fav’’ right now is my Posh Baby kit that will be released at the Grand Opening on May 11th!!

Alright, this is a hard one, but what's your least favorite? My very first kit that I did which is Funky Sherbet. I was just learning (still am actually :D) all the different techniques and so this one just looks sloppy to me.

Describe yourself in one word: Easy-going

Share a secret with us, what's something that not everyone knows about you?
I got a college degree in Education, and will hopefully be able to use it someday!

If I said you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go?
Tahiti!!

What is your favorite food? Oh this is a toughy…I will pretty much eat anything (well except for nasty stuff) but I don’t think I could ever get enough pizza!

Do you collect anything? I still have a huge collection of scrap booking supplies stuffed in a room, that the majority of it hasn’t even been open, ugh talk about a waste of money!! ROFL! :D

What is your favorite TV show? We actually don’t have TV but we have lots of movies. My favorite movies are anything with a classic feel to it or that are classics. I absolutely love anything old (but color….I still can’t do B/W, lol) and I love the Love Comes Softly series.

What is your favorite color? Blue

Thanks Everyone for checking out my intro, hope y'all enjoy this little freebie!! Its the word art for the NEW Posh Baby Kit coming May 11th!! :o)
